• 70jaya does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.

The withdrawal process at 70jaya is straightforward and transparent. However, the following conditions apply:

2. Without completed KYC verification, a maximum of BDT 5,000 can be withdrawn in a single transaction.

• The Welcome Bonus is available to first-time depositors only. Any attempt to claim it through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly – the required wagering must be completed first.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 70jaya. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using another person's identity or payment details
• Creating artificial betting patterns to abuse bonuses
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's systems
• Depositing and withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering
• Colluding with other members to gain promotional advantages
• Using automated software or bots to place bets

70jaya reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If KYC verification has not been completed or false information has been provided
• No activity for 120 consecutive days (inactive account)
• Self-exclusion or permanent account closure at the member's own request
• Under regulatory authority directive

The balance of a permanently closed account will be returned in accordance with the Terms & Conditions; however, bonus credits will be forfeited. If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may be confiscated.
